Most small business sites take 2-4 weeks from our first call to launch. Larger builds with custom features or e-commerce can run 4-8 weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline up front, no surprises.
Every project includes two full rounds of revisions before launch. In practice, most clients don't need both, because I stay in close contact throughout the process, big surprises at the end are rare.
Yes. I can recommend hosting, help you purchase a domain, and handle the technical setup so you don't have to figure it out yourself. Ongoing hosting costs are separate and typically run $10-20/month depending on your provider.
Absolutely. If your site is built on WordPress, I include a walkthrough so you can update text, images, and pages on your own. I also offer ongoing support if you'd rather have me handle updates.
Yes. Most of the process happens over email and video call, so location isn't a barrier. I primarily serve Portsmouth, Chillicothe, and Huntington WV, but work with clients anywhere.
